First Appointment Info
Your first visit at Rest and Restore Massage is designed to be comfortable, welcoming, and stress-free
When booking for the first time, please select between the 60 and 75-minute Initial Appointment times to ensure we have enough time to review the health history
Here’s what to expect:
1. Prepare for the Appointment
Please fill out the health history intake form sent via email after you secure your appointment time. This helps me understand your goals, preferences, and any relevant health information to ensure a safe and effective treatment.
2. Arrival
Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in. When you arrive, there is no reception desk, so please take a seat and I'll come to get you when your appointment time begins.
3. Consultation
We’ll take a few minutes to discuss your needs, areas of focus, and any concerns you may have. With your permission, I may perform orthopedic tests if there is a suspected injury. This ensures your massage is safe, tailored, and effective
4. Treatment
After we chat, we'll begin our hands-on massage session.
5. After Your Massage
I'll provide a few self-care suggestions if helpful to close the session. Be sure to drink plenty of water and take it easy after your massage!
