ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Sydney Willson, the therapist behind Rest and Restore Massage. I grew up here in Merritt, and after completing my massage therapy diploma, I knew I wanted to return home to share what I’ve learned with this community. My approach blends the calm and comfort of a spa experience with the knowledge and techniques of clinical care — giving clients a space where relaxation and health care intersect. Currently, I am practicing as a Spa Massage Therapist while I prepare for my board exams this October. Once certified, I’ll be offering Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) treatments, which will also be eligible for insurance coverage. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, relaxation, recovery or support for your overall wellness, my goal is to provide a safe, welcoming environment where you can rest, restore, and rebalance.
